The Thurgood Marshall American Inn of Court at CUA Law
The Thurgood Marshall American Inn of Court, established in 1989, is one of more than 300 similar institutions across the United States modeled after the four English Inns of Court, the historic training ground for barristers. The inns, which include more than 20,000 members, are dedicated to improving the skills, professionalism, civility, and ethics of judges, attorneys, and students. Each gathering consists of dinner followed by an insightful program on matters of ethics, skills and professionalism.
If you are interested in joining the Thurgood Marshall Inn of Court, please contact Christina Brown ’09, Vice President for Membership. She will welcome you as a guest of the Inn to join members for an evening of good food, drinks and discussion of a hot legal topic.
